Sales Support Professional
American Recruiting and Consulting Group (ARC Group) is currently looking for a Sales Support Professional to assist in our client’s sales floor. The right candidate will have excellent customer service, clear spoken, great on the phones, and provide support to the sales professionals. This position is located in Saint Augustine, FL near the Jacksonville border. This position is contract ot hire with a great client of ours and if hired the right candidate must be able to pass a background check.
- Assist in day-to-day functioning of company
- Answer all calls of the company promptly and assist accordingly.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Professionals and/or management
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify order and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Advise on company information, i.e., hours, location, etc.
- Work with Management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing operations, sales and customer service support in a sales, retail or distribution environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional work environment at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Ability to flex into the Warehouse as needed by Operations Team
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, i.e., Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Building and product knowledge a plus.
