Full-Time Inside Sales Professional 

ARC Group is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team and help develop new business. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead,  follow-up with outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Manage customer interactions: Prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, updating, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain appropriate engagement within the professional community
  • Provide operational support as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Wants to work in an environment where initiative and creativity are appreciated
  • Has at least 1-year experience in Inside Sales
  • Is energetic and outgoing
  • Enjoys the challenge of developing new business relationships
  • Experience with Inbound Sales Calls 
  • Ability to Close 

Qualifications:

  • An established background is B2B sales and business development
  • Communications skills in both oral and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate and interact with other team members, clients, and carriers
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, and Outlook)
  • A commitment to dealing honestly with clients and other team members
This position is an Inside Sales Call Center where the majority of the calls will come to you. The right candidate will be making over $100,000 if they know how to close.
